CLASS OVERVIEW

Liam's new book will be coming out in October. This book will be based on the 20 Part "Basic Techniques and Methods of Cookery" courses that Liam held at Chefs Warehouse. The book will be full of beautiful images taken by photographer Russell Smith.

Taste Magazine is doing features, based on the book, over the months leading up to its release. The first is "Jointing a Chicken".

To tie in with these articles, Chefs Warehouse and also Liam Tomlin Food in Franschhoek, will be running corresponding classes. The first one is Poultry. As well as showing participants how to joint a chicken, Liam will make some poultry based dishes.
