Interested in being part of a team that approaches cooking and cuisine the way things used to be done, yet also seeks to bring back the kitchen as a creative and collaborative space? That is rooted in proper old-school practises of butchery, fishmongery, charcuterie, fermentation, breadmaking and patisserie? This is an opportunity to work in an exciting space that will be constantly changing, created by chefs and restaurateurs Liam Tomlin, David Schneider and Adrian Hadlow.

Looking for all staff members: managers, waiters, runners, barpersons, senior and junior chefs, and scullers.
