RECIPE | Thali Curry Salt

A fan favourite at Thali - this curry salt is delicious on almost everything.

Ingredients

50 g sea salt

50 g Thali Curry Blend

grated zest of 1⁄2 lime

Method

Place the salt and Thali Curry Blend in a bowl and mix together to create a curry-flavoured salt.
Add the lime zest and mix well. Store in an air- tight container until ready to use.

Makes 100 g
